Riven Stratum

Overview

Stratum is a non-domed, large-frame diaphragm designed for experienced callers who value a broad range of realistic bull and cow elk sounds. The open reed rewards accurate tongue pressure and airflow, allowing expressive shifts between the lower end of bull bugles and smooth, falling cow vocalizations. Compared with a small-domed diaphragm, it takes more practice to master, but that added freedom is what gives the Stratum its appeal. Riven pairs the professional-sized frame with durable tape, creating a specialized option for hunters seeking tonal depth and variety in their call pouch.
